RULES AND REGULATIONS

General rules and terms and conditions of the competition

1. For every 10 tickets purchased, the purchaser receives one free additional ticket (see terms and conditions).

2. The eleventh-ticket rule does not apply to electronic tickets.

3. Competition winners may choose their own prizes.

4. Prize winners will have the opportunity to choose their prizes. Preference will depend on the place of the winner (see point 5)

5. The first-place winner will have the first choice between the first, second, third and sixth prizes. The remaining prizes, excluding the fourth and fifth prizes, will then be available for the rest of the winners, in order from second to fourth place, to choose from.

6. Transportation to and from the hunting venues and accommodation are not included.

7. No prizes will be exchanged for cash.

8. The competition draw will take place at the church hall of the NG CHURCH Moedergemeente Witbank (Klipkerk) at 1pm on the 29th of February 2012.

9. The draw will be administered by Hugo and Venter Accountants CC.

10. Winners will be notified telephonically, via email, or in the press.

11. Persons purchasing tickets electronically are also eligible for the fourth prize (see prizes).

12. Specific terms and conditions apply to schools with regard to the fourth prize.

13. All requirements (a professional hunter, a guide, hunting rifles, ammunition, hunting vehicles and abattoir) will be provided OR A professional hunter, a guide, hunting rifles, ammunition, hunting vehicles and an abattoir will be provided.

14. Hunters are welcome to use their own hunting equipment.

15. All ticket booklets, whether complete or not, must be submitted to the offices of Hugo and Venter Accountants cc, no later than the 31st of January 2012.

16. There is no limit to the number or tickets that one person may purchase.

17. This competition is open to everyone – no conditions apply in this regard.

18. Hugo and Venter Accountants CC are responsible for all administration with regard to: ticket sales, the winners’ draw, and finances.

19. The selection of winners on the 29th of February 2012 is final. No correspondence will be entered into in this regard.

20. All game will be hunted on the official concessions of Kolobe Safaris.

Specific conditions with regard to the eleventh ticket

1. Any person who purchases a ticket booklet from Hugo & Venter Accounts will receive an eleventh ticket for free. This only applies to tickets bought for own use and not resold to a third party.

(Therefore 11 tickets = R 1000.00).

2. The NG CHURCH Witbank Moedergemeente (Klipkerk) and Hugo and Venter Accountants CC are not eligible for the eleventh ticket or fourth prize.

3. For every 10 tickets sold to a third party, and not for personal use as in 1 above, the seller may have one additional ticket for free. Alternatively, the seller may keep  the R100  of the eleventh ticket for him- or herself
